Services Hub

If you’re here, you’re not looking for surface-level reassurance.

You’re looking for relief, clarity, and momentum.

You want to understand what’s happening, why it keeps happening, and what to do next.

Whether you’re recovering from emotional abuse, struggling with anxiety, working through trauma, navigating disability, strengthening a relationship, or seeking professional support, therapy can help you move from survival mode toward a life that feels more grounded and intentional.

Therapy Services

Gaslighting and Narcissistic Abuse Recovery

If you’re questioning your reality, doubting your intuition, or replaying conversations trying to figure out what happened, you’re not alone.

Gaslighting and emotional manipulation don’t just hurt. They train you not to trust yourself.

Many of my clients come to therapy after relationships marked by:

  • Gaslighting
  • Emotional manipulation
  • Coercive control
  • Chronic criticism
  • Betrayal
  • Narcissistic abuse dynamics

This work is about rebuilding self-trust, reclaiming your voice, setting boundaries, and learning to recognize unhealthy patterns without blaming yourself.

Anxiety, Overthinking, and High-Functioning Burnout

You may look successful from the outside while feeling exhausted on the inside.

Many of my clients are high achievers who spend so much energy anticipating problems, managing emotions, and taking care of everyone else that they no longer know how to rest.

Therapy can help you:

  • Reduce chronic anxiety
  • Stop overthinking
  • Manage perfectionism
  • Build healthier boundaries
  • Recover from burnout
  • Feel more present in your own life

EMDR Therapy

Some experiences stay stuck long after they are over.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a structured therapy approach that helps the brain process distressing experiences that continue to affect you in the present.

EMDR can be helpful for:

  • Trauma
  • Childhood experiences
  • Anxiety
  • Panic
  • Negative self-beliefs
  • Disturbing memories

EMDR is not about forcing you to relive trauma. It is about helping your brain process experiences in a way that allows healing to occur.

Self-Confidence and Boundaries

Many people know what they want to say.

The challenge is saying it.

Together we work on:

  • Assertive communication
  • Boundary setting
  • Self-respect
  • People-pleasing patterns
  • Conflict tolerance
  • Trusting yourself

The goal is not to become harder.

The goal is to become more solid.

Adjustment to Blindness and Disability

Disability affects more than logistics.

It can affect identity, confidence, relationships, independence, grief, and the way people respond to you.

As a therapist who has been blind since birth, I understand these layers both personally and professionally.

Therapy can help you navigate:

  • Disability adjustment
  • Identity development
  • Advocacy fatigue
  • Relationship challenges
  • Accessibility barriers
  • Life transitions

Political Grief and Moral Injury

Sometimes the distress isn’t coming from your personal life.

Sometimes it’s coming from living in a world that feels increasingly unsafe, unjust, or disconnected from your values.

Political grief and moral injury can show up as anxiety, anger, hopelessness, exhaustion, numbness, or a constant feeling of being on edge.

Therapy can help you stay engaged without burning out, reconnect with your values, and build a life that remains meaningful even when the larger world feels difficult.

Couple and Family Therapy

Relationships rarely struggle because people don’t care.

More often, they struggle because patterns take over.

Communication breaks down. Resentment builds. Conflict becomes repetitive. People stop feeling understood.

Together we identify the patterns keeping you stuck and build healthier ways of communicating, connecting, and working through conflict.

I welcome LGBTQ+ couples, ethically non-monogamous relationships, and diverse family structures.

Professional Services

Immigration Mental Health Evaluations

I provide comprehensive immigration mental health evaluations for attorneys and individuals involved in immigration proceedings.

Evaluations include a clinical interview, records review, and a detailed written report.

Evaluation types include:

  • Asylum
  • VAWA
  • U Visa
  • T Visa
  • Extreme Hardship Waivers (I-601 / I-601A)
  • Cancellation of Removal

Reports are written with attention to both clinical quality and immigration-specific requirements.

Clinical Supervision

I provide supervision for pre-licensed counselors seeking growth, confidence, and professional development.

My supervision style is supportive, direct, and collaborative.

I believe supervision should be a place where clinicians can ask questions, make mistakes, receive honest feedback, and continue developing their professional identity.

Supervision is available for clinicians in Texas, Colorado, and Utah.

Not Sure Where to Start?

Part of my job is helping people make sense of what feels overwhelming, confusing, or stuck.

If we decide I’m not the best fit for your needs, I’ll tell you and help point you toward appropriate resources.
