Fee + Turnaround Time
Flat Fee: $1,200
This fee includes interviews, records review, report preparation, and one follow-up consultation.
Reports are typically completed within 10 business days following completion of the interview process and receipt of relevant records.
Expedited Evaluations
Expedited evaluations may be available when scheduling and clinical considerations allow.
Additional Fee: $100 per business day

Ethical Stance and Clinical Integrity
I do not provide evaluations with predetermined conclusions.
My role is to conduct an ethical clinical assessment and provide findings supported by the available information.
When clinical findings support the relief being sought, I document those findings clearly.
When they do not, I communicate that honestly.
Maintaining objectivity protects both the integrity of the evaluation process and the credibility of the report.
